I moved the Hell and High Water concept art stuff over to sketches area and uploaded the first two pages of Issue #0 to HHW gallery.

On a side note the pages are inked with brush and ink on Bristol Board.

I am participating in an inspirational comics course at the Helsinki Comics Centre. The ten part course is taught by Mari Ahokoivu, a very talented Finnish comic artist.

So far it has been very, very inspiring and the demanding excercises have already helped me to overcome some of the minor writing and drawing blocks I have had recently.

Specifically I intend to rewrite and draw the beginning of The Tower at least up to page 14. There are such huge gaps in the logic and the basic construction of the story that it just needs to be done. Tell me what you think of it and please don't hesitate to make suggestions to improve it.

Never write ”...coming up shortly”. The 2 new pages for The Tower mentioned in a post nearly a year ago are up now.

It's soon Christmas. And as a small present I wrote a one spread addition to The Tower. There is a little addition to our intrepid heroes' ravine passage. The pages coming up shortly. Also there is one new page. Enjoy.

Summer came and went and nothing much happened here. I didn't have time (nor energy left) for new pages as I was busy with the illustration commission for Karisto Publishers. Apologies for that if anyone felt put off by that. I think not. Not many people read these pages anyways. If I am wrong in that regard, please leave a note.
